The ?eld of c- putermusicisinterdisciplinarybynatureandcloselyrelatedtoanumberofc- puter science and engineering areas such as information retrieval, programming, human computer interaction, digital libraries, hypermedia, arti'cial intelligence, acoustics, signal processing, etc. The event gathered several interesting people (researchers, educators, composers, performers, and others).
